FAQ

Why didn't the machine stop working immediately after the set time ended?

When the time is up, the machine will run 2 minutes cooling process automatically. Then let the resin stand for 15-30 minutes until the resin is fully hardened.

Doesn’t dry like it’s supposed to and my epoxy after 2 hours was still tacky and sticky.

Ensure that the ratio of AB resin is correct or consider switching to a different brand of resin.

How to set AI mode?

1. When the machine is powered on, make sure the LED panel displays "_____".
2. Press the AI button.
NOTE:
a) The AI mode only operates at the first step when the machine is turned on, the system will enter the custom mode once the time or the temperature button has been rotated.
b) If the button doesn't work or unable to push in, unplug it and plug it back in.
c) The AI mode is recommended for beginners. The resin will be cured in 2 hours. It's better to use thin molds such as jewelry, domino, keychain, etc.

How to set custom mode?

1. Set the temperature and time.
2. Press the power button.
NOTE:
a) The custom mode is designed for intermediate and advanced users. For different resin molds, set up a specific timer and temperature to cure.
b) It is recommended to cure your resin at a low temperature (95-104℉/35-40℃) and timer (30-60Min) to reduce bubbles first and then, repeat the previous steps with a higher temperature (113-158℉/45-70℃) and timer (90-120Min), to harden the resin.
