How can I track my orders?
When your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email with the tracking number and a link to the Logistics carrier website where you can track it. And also you can find the tracking information on the page of Order Details.

How to change my delivery address?
Once you realize your delivered address is wrong, please contact our Customer Care (support@resiners.com) immediately! We will help to change your delivered address before dispatch. Please note that we can't change the address once the item is dispatched.

What if I'm out when my order arrives? 
If you're out when your package is delivered, your mail person will find a safe place to leave your parcel. The mailperson will send you a picture to tell you where the parcel is. If you can't find it or unfortunately the parcel is missing, please contact our Customer Care (support@resiners.com), and we will provide the best solution to satisfy you.
