Valentine’s Resin DIY Ideas: Easy Gifts + Tool Guide

Valentine’s Day is the perfect moment to express love—especially through something handmade. In this blog, we share five romantic resin project ideas you can create using UV resin or epoxy. Each project is easy, beginner-friendly, and visually impressive, making them ideal for gifting or selling during the season.

Rose Glitter Wine Glass

1. Brush a thin layer of UV resin onto the glass.
2. Sprinkle red & silver flakes; tap gently to set.
3. Cure with a UV light in sections until set.
4. Attach small charms and re-cure.

Dried-Flower Earrings

1. Place the metal hoop on the dried flowers and apply UV resin to secure it.
2. Cure under a UV light until fully hardened, then peel away excess petals.
3. Add a layer of UV resin mixed with glitter as a top coat.
4. Cure again under the light for 30–60 seconds.

     Tip: For batch work, mix pigments with a mixer and degas.

Bouquet Shadowbox Art

1. Coat the bouquet with a thin layer of epoxy resin to hold the structure and protect delicate petals.
2. Mix epoxy with glitter and let large bubbles rise.
3. Pour a thin base layer into the shadowbox, then place the bouquet elements.
4.  Cure in G3 (staged heating) and cool.

     Tip:For deep pours, layer pours and use a bubble remover for clarity.

Dried-Flower Candle Accent

1. Press dried flowers onto the candle and wrap with parchment.
2. Use low-heat from a heat gun to set flowers into the wax.
3. Display and light carefully for a romantic glow.

Love Keychain

1. Prepare the keychain hardware, fillers, and the resin mold kit.
2. Mix epoxy resin and add glitter or pigments.
3. Pour the resin into the mold, then place your chosen decorations (flowers, sequins, letters, etc.).
4. Cure, demold, attach the keychain ring—and it’s ready to gift.
