Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Resiners. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please inspect your item(s) upon delivery and read the following policy carefully.

I. Return Request Period

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your item(s). This period applies to products purchased directly from the official Resiners website.

 

II. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Valid order proof
  • The item remains in the same condition as when you received it: unopened or opened but never used.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories are intact and undamaged.
  • The original packaging is still available.

*Non‑returnable items: Virtual products (including but not limited to electronic gift cards, software download codes, digital content, etc.) are not accepted for return.

 

III. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please send an email to support@resiners.com with the following information:

  • Your order number and the name/model of the product(s) you need to return
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photo(s) or a short video showing the current condition of the item(s), including at least:
  • The sealed/unopened seal (if applicable)
  • The overall appearance shows the item has not been used
  • Both inside and outside views of the original packaging

We will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we will further provide you with specific instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will be refused by Resiners, and no refund or exchange will be processed.

 

IV. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Please inspect the packaging, appearance, accessories, and functionality of your item as soon as you receive it. Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return:

Quality‑related issues
If we confirm that the item has a manufacturing defect, material failure, or out‑of‑factory performance issue (not caused by user mishandling), we will cover the shipping cost.

Non‑quality‑related issues
For returns initiated due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, accidental purchase, different expectation, subjective preference, etc.), return shipping, customs duties, clearance fees, and any other additional costs shall be borne solely by you. Resiners will deduct such costs (if we pay on your behalf) from your refund.

 

V. Refund & Exchange Process

We will inspect the product condition once we receive the returned product. After confirming that it meets the requirements, we will handle your request in one of the following ways according to your original request:

Request a refund

We will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note: if the return is not caused by a quality issue, the original shipping fee from your order will not be refunded. Refund arrival time is usually 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment platform.

Request an exchange

We will ship the replacement item within 2 business days.

 

VI. Order Cancellation Process

You may request to cancel your order before it is shipped. Please email support@resiners.com with the order number, product(s), and quantity to cancel.

The shipping status of your order is subject to the warehouse processing status. If your order has entered the packing or sorting stage, cancellation may not be successful. If the cancellation is successful, we will process a full refund for your order, and the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.

If the cancellation fails, please follow the return process after you receive the item(s).

 

VII. Important Note

All requests related to returns, exchanges, or order cancellations must be submitted in writing via the official email: support@resiners.com. Items sent back without our prior authorization will not be accepted.
