I use AI mode but it just can't work.
The AI Mode only operates at the first step when the machine is trun on, the system will enter the custom mode once the time or temperature button has been rotated.
Buttons don't work, what should I do?
If the button doesn't work or unable to push in, unplug it and plug back in (It is beacuse you rotate the time or temperature button but choose the AI mode).
Doesn't dry like it's supposed to and my epoxy after 2 hours was still tacky and sticky.
Make sure the ratio of AB resin is 1:1 in volume or change to use brand resin.
The machine will turn on, but then shut off.
The machine will enter sleep mode when not in use for one minute. Press the power button to reboot. Sleep Mode makes products safer and power-saving.
The machine is a little shallow for thick molds, can I use it without the lid?
For super-thick size molds, it can be used without the lid, but the curing time will increase by 1-2 hours.
Can I use dehydrator to cure resin?
Uneven heat of dehydrator may cause a large number of bubbles or even rupture during curing process. Resiners Curing Machine has two heating elements and cooling system, which help to create necessary condition for resin curing, making resins dry, flat, even heat.
Can I use a heating mat to replace this machine?
Heating mat can not heat properly. The heating temperature will be greatly influenced by room temperature, curing time may increased by several hours. Moreover, it may cause burns.

How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. No return is allowed in principle without quality problems.
