Warranty Policy
Thank you for purchasing Resiners Product. To safeguard your legal rights and interests, please carefully inspect the product and its packaging upon receipt. Should you encounter any issues, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at support@resiners.com.
I. Warranty Coverage
For all Resiners machinery products purchased through the official Resiners website or authorized channels, you may apply for warranty service within 12 months from the date of delivery if any of the following conditions occur:
- Product Quality Defects: The product is rendered unusable due to inherent defects in the equipment, materials, or manufacturing process.
- Damage During Transit: The outer packaging or the product itself is found to be damaged upon delivery.
- Incorrect Item Received: The item you received does not match the details of your order (e.g., incorrect model, specifications, or color).
- Loss During Transit: The product is lost during the shipping process. We will determine eligibility based on the logistics tracking information or delivery records provided by the carrier.
- Missing Accessories: Accessories listed are missing from the package.
*This warranty applies exclusively to the main unit of the machine, it does not cover accessories, packaging materials, tools, consumables, or other non-machine components.
II. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
We are unable to provide free warranty services under any of the following circumstances:
- The product has exceeded its 12-month warranty period.
- Free items or examples.
- Accessories, packaging materials, tools, consumables, or items other than the main unit.
- Scratches, wear and tear, or discoloration that affect only the appearance but not the performance of the product.
- Failure to provide valid proof of purchase (such as an order number, order screenshot, receipt, or invoice), or if the proof of purchase is deemed to be forged or altered.
- Products not purchased through www.resiners.com or other officially authorized channels.
- Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair performed without our prior written consent.
- Problems resulting from improper use, including but not limited to:
- Failure to install, operate, or maintain the device in accordance with the user manual.
- Ingress of water, moisture, oil, sand, or other foreign objects into the device.
- Damage caused by force majeure events (such as fire, earthquakes, floods, lightning strikes, etc.).
- Other circumstances not explicitly listed in this policy.
III. Warranty Claim Procedure
If you encounter a situation covered by the warranty as described above, please follow this procedure:
Step 1: Send an email to support@resiners.com, providing the following information:
- Order Number + Name of the product experiencing the issue.
- A detailed description of the problem.
- Photos or a short video clearly demonstrating the issue.
Step 2: Our customer service representative will verify the issue you have reported. If the provided information is incomplete, we may contact you to request additional necessary materials.
Step 3: We will reply to you via email regarding whether your claim meets the warranty conditions. For eligible claims, we will also provide proposed solutions for your confirmation.
Step 4: Once you have agreed to our proposed solution, we will proceed to implement it within 2 business days.
*Note: For some reason, we may request that you return the product to us for inspection. The return shipping costs for such cases will be borne by Resiners.
IV. Warranty Solutions
For issues confirmed to fall within the scope of the warranty, we will provide you with one of the following solutions, depending on the specific circumstances:
- Provide replacement parts for the defective components at no cost.
- Replace the product with a brand-new unit of the same model at no cost.
- Provide a partial or full refund, depending on the specific circumstances.
*During the warranty period, Resiners will cover the shipping costs for sending replacement parts or exchanging products.
