What’s the function of the four transparent feet included in the package?

The feet are designed to raise the machine. It can be added to adjust the height of the machine, particularly for fitting taller wooden turners.

The cup machine operates within a temperature range of 10~60℃ (50-140℉).

Does this machine come with a tumbler turner?

Tumbler turner is not included. Buyers need to equip the turner themselves.

Why isn’t the front cover of the machine I received transparent?

The front cover of the machine is covered with a brown sticker to prevent scratches during production and transportation. You can remove this sticker from the acrylic plate before use.

Why doesn't the machine stop immediately after running for an hour?

The machine continues to run for a few minutes after an hour to reduce the internal temperature, making it safer and easier for users to remove the cup.

Is it safe when the red light inside the machine turns on after plugging in?

For safety reasons, the inside of the machine will display a red light after being powered on. However, the machine won't start working until you manually press the power button.
